Garankedon (Garangedon, Garankefoli, Garanke or Sanja Garanke) is a Malinke rhythm from the caste of the leatherworkers / shoemakers. Garankefoli is the name of the rhythm, Garankedon is the name of the dance. The dance used to be danced by the woman.
